COMPLAINTS 

Any issues with your order or product please get in touch using our contact us form, through Facebook or send us an Email to: [email protected] and we will do our best to rectify the problem. 

 

FAULTY ITEM 

If an item is found to faulty, a full refund will be given upon request or a replacement will be provided at no extra cost.

Please note this does not apply to any 'waxidents' sold. 

 

REPLACEMENTS

Any item will be replaced upon request, if found to be faulty, providing it is returned within 6 months of purchase.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We aim for our turnaround time to be 4-5 days from when any order is placed, when cancelling an order the ideal timescale is within those 4-5 days due to stock being hand made. You do however have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, they MUST be in the same condition as they were at the point of sale and must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation request.
